Samuel Higgs / TPI Benjamin Russell's rising junior Kalib Spivey (8) is now up to 15 total offers after West Virginia extended a scholarship this week.

However, on Monday, he narrowed that list down to four — Maryland, Georgia Tech, Clemson and Duke. Spivey is rated as a three-star prospect, listed as the No. 67 defensive lineman in the country and No. 22 player in the state.
