The Willow Point Junior Championship concluded yesterday when David Elliott and Mary Rachel Tucker emerged as the overall winners for the two different divisions.

Elliott, who’s from Birmingham, Ala., won the boys’ championship after shooting a 168 overall in the 36-hole tournament.
