Even before the official 10 a.m. opening time, the Ladies Coffee Club was seated at the reopened Carlisle’s soda fountain.

For more than 40 years, former Merle Norman owner Sue Walker has been a member of the unofficial club and the ladies were excited their original meeting place was open again.
