Russell Medical Center is preparing for its fourth year hosting Scale Back Alabama, the statewide weight loss program.

“We’ll be an official site for weigh-ins and weigh-outs,” RMC marketing director Susan Foy said. “Total Fitness Center will be providing (two) luncheons where participants can come in and learn tips for losing weight.”
