The offseason was grueling, the workouts were hard and learning was evident. Now, it’s time to rock the pads and prepare for an opponent. 

That was the case for the Benjamin Russell football team who just completed their fully padded practice Thursday. And among the many aspects of the game the Wildcats hit throughout the practice, the first was a competition element.
