Friday will be the night the Central Coosa football team can really showcase all its hard work.

Central Coosa opens 2025 with Sylacauga, a Class 5A school that last year kicked off its season with a 69-28 win. Sylacauga quarterback CJ Franklin played a stellar game last year, completing 8 of 10 pass attempts for 173 passing yards and five touchdowns.
