File / TPI Central Coosa volleyball is back in action for the first day of AHSAA mandated practices.

It’s just about that time of the year for volleyball teams across the state. The official AHSAA start date for volleyball practice began Monday, Aug. 4, and teams across the county have a renewed focus with the volleyball season start date approaching.

Coming off a 7-14 year, the Central Coosa volleyball team left much to be desired. It fell in the Class 2A Area 6 tournament in a contest against Ranburne, missing an appearance at the regional tournament.
