The number 38 is the total number of single-family waterfront homes on the market. The number 9 is the total number of waterfront condominiums on the market, and 42 is the total number of lake front building sites on the market.

249 – 37 – 108. These numbers represent the waterfront inventory levels for the same period in 2019, a year that is considered an example of a normal market. At that time, there were 249 single-family homes, 37 condos and 108 waterfront lots on the market.
