In the heart of Alexander City, where the hum of the city once met the whistle of the train depot, stands a storefront that has served as a cornerstone of the community since 1914. For more than a century, Carlisle’s Soda Fountain has been more than just a soda shop; it has been a sanctuary for cold limeades, a witness to high school first dates and a living room for local legends.

Now, the historic soda fountain is entering a new era. On January 29, Brianna Pike and her husband, Tyler Fenn, officially opened the doors as the new owners, bringing a blend of youthful energy and a deep respect for the shop’s storied past.
