SEASON PREVIEW: Southern Prep enters new era in 11-man football

It’s been more than a decade since the last 11-man team duked it out for a full season in Camp Hill. But all good things must come to an end, all streaks were meant to be broken, and the Southern Prep football team is doing just that.

After being a formidable 8-man football team in the 21st century, the Fighting Rangers enter a new endeavor with their first 11-man season in the AISA. But this was something coach J.R. Rodriguez prepared for when he took over the football program in Week 3 of last season. He introduced the concepts, and he got the conditioning down so much so the adjustment should go along swimmingly.
