A rocky trip: Sailboat owner misses exit, now stuck on Chain of Rocks in Mississippi River — A boat remains stuck on the rocks in the middle of the Mississippi River just south of the Chain of Rocks Bridge as seen on Wednesday, Oct. 20, 2021. The boat first became stuck on the rocks on Oct. 5, 2021. The St. Louis Fire Department safely rescued two people off the boat without incident.
