There is a common saying in the world of sports, “When you look good, you play good.” 

However, the Benjamin Russell volleyball team has taken on a new approach to that phrase through their summer workouts, introducing theme days. Pajama days, dress like your water bottle days — the themes have been present throughout the early mornings at the high school. This is the first year coach Magan Ford has done something like this, but she is already seeing the effects it's having on the team — even drawing some jealousy from past graduates.
