The Horseshoe Bend softball team is no stranger to the AHSAA Class 2A State Tournament. The last two years, the Generals have made their way through the regional tournament, doing so out of the winner's bracket last year and punching their tickets to state. However, that’s just about where things have peaked.
This year, though, Horseshoe Bend is looking to rewrite the script and it surely helps when you return all but one player from a year ago.
