The 2026 softball season is finally underway for Benjamin Russell, and it wasted no time facing off against some loaded competition.

On Friday, Benjamin Russell participated in a tournament held at Prattville Christian — playing in three games against Wetumpka, Prattville Christian and Brewbaker Tech. Ultimately, the Wildcats fell in all three of their games in the tournament, but there were glimpses throughout.
