Oklahoma Insurance Commissioner Kim Holland has asked an Oklahoma court for an order of liquidation against an insurance company owned by an Alexander City businessman.

According to records from Oklahoma County District Court Holland applied for an order to liquidate Pegasus Insurance owned by Wayne Stark, on August 3.
