The Lake Martin Young Professionals announced its date for the eighth annual Polar Plunge, which will be held Jan. 13. The jump will be held at Kowaliga Restaurant and is presented by Lake Martin Dock Company,

Proceeds from the event benefit Lake Martin Resource Association and its efforts to maintain a clean and safe lake.Â
