Franklin makes probation plea deal

Nearly five years ago, Andrew Keith Franklin, 49, was arrested along with his wife Alura Rashell Franklin, 26, after a methamphetamine lab exploded in StillWaters.

The couple was arrested on Aug. 26, 2019, and they were indicted on Feb. 29, 2024. Their bonds were set to $50,000.00.
