Lots of events are coming downtown.

Main Street Alexander City executive director Michelle West spoke to the Alexander City Kiwanis Club during the regular Thursday meeting. She told them about several events scheduled in the downtown area starting off with Small Business Saturday, which is today. Thirteen businesses will be participating this year, she said, each business’s promotion will occur throughout the day.
