Possible severe weather to come tonight

The National Weather Service issued a level one out of five severe weather threat for Tallapoosa, Elmore and Coosa counties.

The threat time begins at 4 p.m. Thursday. Although for much of the Lake Martin area it isn't expected until 7 p.m. These threats include isolated brief tornadoes, damaging winds with gusts up to 60 mph and large hail.Â
