Hillabee Towers manager April Buono addressed the City of Alexander City City Council on Tuesday night concerning the 78 master meter fees the apartment complex is paying for every month.

Buono said the apartments saw an increase a few years ago and she talked to Alexander City Mayor Woody Baird about it several times.
