Spring practice for college football teams is in full swing across the country, and typically it's capped off with an annual spring game event. That was the case in Tuscaloosa with Alabama completing its scrimmage, better known as A-Day. 

For most Crimson Tide faithful, their eyes were on the quarterback position with redshirt-freshman Keelon Russell and sophomore Austin Mack duking it out for the QB1 spot this fall. However, if you were in Alexander City, your eyes were fixated on former Benjamin Russell standout Cederian Morgan, or as he’s been coined the name “The Gulf of Mexico” by teammate Ryan Coleman-Williams.

File / TPI Benjamin Russell Cederian Morgan (1) was one of the nine total early enrollees to join the football team in December. So far, he has impressed on the scout team leading up to the Crimson Tide's game against Indiana.
