Alleged murderer Robert Lee Young, 55, of Dadeville, was set to be in court in Dadeville on Tuesday afternoon, but his scheduled preliminary hearing was canceled due to a recent grand jury indictment.

Young was indicted on an intentional murder charge by the grand jury on Friday therefore his case has been moved to circuit court.
