The Class 6A Region 3 opener showed what could be a trend for the rest of the season.

The Benjamin Russell Wildcats ran wild, dominating on both sides of the ball. An early standout was quarterback Kingston Preyear, who tossed four touchdowns to four different receivers: Cederian Morgan, Dejay Jackson, Pierre Thomas and Zy Calhoun.
