As Benjamin Russell High School approaches the future with the completion of the new school, it is doing everything it can to shine light on its historic past.

On Tuesday, the Alexander City school system announced it would be dedicating its new wrestling room after two AHSAA Hall of Fame wrestling coaches — Charles Lee and Dwight Buzbee. And not only are they recognized by the AHSAA, but both had their names placed in the National Wrestling Hall of Fame in 2017 and 2018, respectively.
