There is a certain ambiance that rears its head those early mornings at the end of the summer — AKA the start of a football practice.

The Dadeville football team got that luxury last week for the first week of mandated practices, getting to start a week early because it did not participate in a spring slate. So far, it is dusting off the cobwebs and donning the pads for the first time, which in some cases can lead to a lackluster start.
