Dadeville's youth movement to fill senior void

Samuel Higgs / TPI Dadeville's Jason Benford finished with 12 points against Lee-Scott Academy.

The Dadeville boys basketball team duked it out until the very end to close out the season against Lee-Scott in the Class 3A Area 6 tournament, but ultimately fell 89-61. 

Offensively, the Tigers showcased what they were capable of with four guys crossing the double-digit mark. Jamauri Crayton led the way with 20 points, scoring in the paint with ease, adding three rebounds and three assists on the night. Jason Benford came away with 12 on the night, Jay Burns with 11 points and Levi Childers with 11 points of his own.
