When you have a young team, in-game reps become valuable. However, there are not many opportunities to get that before the season kicks off.

So, when Horseshoe Bend football coach Jeremy Phillips saw the chance to get those reps against a formidable foe — he jumped at the possibility. Thursday, the Generals traveled to Eclectic to participate in a fall jamboree against the Saint James and Elmore County football teams.
