All good things must come to an end, and for the Benjamin Russell basketball team, its season ended in a 61-52 loss to Northridge in the Sweet 16.

From the jump, it seemed to just seem to be the Jaguars’ day on offense. They jumped out to an early lead and held strong for the rest of the game. Even when the Wildcats would orchestrate consecutive possessions that came away with points, the Jaguars always answered — with more than likely a 3-pointer.
