At long last, we finally have some actual, legitimate, real-world football to talk about and it has nothing to do with NIL, revenue-sharing or pervasive legislation.

The talking heads and so-called experts have made their (no doubt spot on) predictions about the upcoming season. They have graced us with their vast wisdom about which players will and will not be great. And they have humbly bestowed on us a glimpse into the future assuring us of which teams will make up the 12-team Playoff. I’m not even sure why it’s necessary to play the season, but I suppose they’ll do it anyway.
