A federal court of appeals ruled Tuesday that Judge Roy Moore shall not have his Ten Commandments monument in the Alabama Supreme Court.

Two years after placing the 2-ton monument in the rotunda of the Alabama Judicial Complex, the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals unanimously agreed with a ruling to remove the monument made earlier by a federal judge.
