Five family members are on trial for allegedly attacking two Alexander City police officers during a domestic disturbance call at West Point Town Homes in June of 2003.

Four defense attorneys represented Nicole Gamble, Dexter Gamble, Bobby Jean Gamble, Jeremiah Gamble and Gretchen Gamble Burton who were indicted on a total of 13 counts for the June 22 incident with charges ranging from resisting arrest and second-degree assault.
