It’s no secret everyone uses some form of artificial intelligence. Whether it be these new AI graphics that you see popping up all over Facebook or something more simple like the GPS capabilities on your phone, there’s AI everywhere. And it’s been around for a long time.

I use AI on a regular basis on the job, usually using Otter.AI, which is a transcription service that has saved the time of journalists around the world.
