Things started off poorly for Tallassee as they hosted Handley and never really got better.

The Tigers did hold Handley to a punt on the visiting Tigers opening drive, but Tallassee never saw the red zone until halfway through the second quarter. Prior to that, the Tigers punted three times and lost a fumble. And Handley turned one of those kicks into a score without putting its offense on the field.
