File / TPI Reeltown's Traylen Roberts (2) and the Rebels look to bounce back against LaFayette this week. Reeltown suffered it's first region loss since 2021 against Lanett last week.

The year was 2021, the world was finally coming back to normal following the COVID-19 pandemic and Reeltown was in its second year in Class 3A. It also served as the last time the Rebels lost a region game.

For the next three seasons, the Rebels practically ran the table when it came to region play — going undefeated in 2022, 2023 and 2024. And that streak was set to continue this year with the Rebels opening Class 2A Region 4 play with three straight wins, until last Friday.
