RHS sophomore Josey Barham was nominated to represent her school at the Alabama Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership conference in May. The conference brings together students nominated by their school administrators and teachers or through community nominations. Barham was nominated by RHS, and it was possibly due to the initiative she takes on already.
