The Tallapoosa Board of Education is working on catching up on its financials. 

The board held a brief special-called meeting to approve its financials from approximately the end of 2025 to the first of 2026 according to TCBOE superintendent Casy Davis. It was around five months worth of financials and there are around another four or five months to catch the board up to date.
