A downpour until 30 minutes before kickoff, the rain settled into a drizzle and finally let up in the second quarter, although it added to the chaos of the whole game.

The game came down to the wire, as Trinity Presbyterian took the lead by one point with a 32 yard field goal in the last 30 seconds of the game, for a final score of 15-14.
