Wetumpka’s young volleyball team came just one game short of reaching the state tournament.

Wetumpka lost to McAdory, 3-0 (25-19, 25-19, 25-15) in straight sets in the Sweet 16 round of the AHSAA Class 6A Super Regionals volleyball tournament held at the Cramton Bowl in Montgomery.
