Lorie Hammond is going home.

Hammond recently found herself homeless and had been living under SSgt. Stacy Green-LCpl. John Sims Memorial Bridge, better known as Hillabee Bridge, for several weeks. She had planned to leave and head home to Florida as soon as she received her September’s Social Security check.
