Household trash pick-up was one of the big discussions for Camp Hill’s Monday night council meetings.

“A lot of trash has been sitting around too long; these are just concerns,” Seat One Constance Heard said during the council comments. “What I am saying now is coming from people on the outside. My opinion is what it is. But I told them I would be a voice for them. They bring me their concerns and trash pick-up is one of their biggest concerns.”
