Keanna Ballard, 24, of Camp Hill, was arrested Monday, July 29 for attempted murder, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Around midnight Monday morning, the Camp Hill Police Department received a call that someone on Morgan Street had been shot, according to officer Javaris Whetstone. He said upon arrival, the responding officers were notified Ballard had shot the victim, but fled.Â
