A slice of international cuisine and culture in the form a Spanish-inspired tapas bar has emerged in downtown Alexander City.

Café 128 is now selling wine by the glass or bottle and serving tapas in a setting nestled in Emporium Wine. Tapas are finger-food dishes served in appetizer portions that are meant to be shared by a table of people without taking attention and importance away from the conversation and socializing.
