The town council of Jackson’s Gap is excited to continue improving the town as the current mayoral and councilmember seats are all unopposed for the upcoming election.

One goal Mayor Frank Lucas has is to build a doctor’s office where patients can get their primary healthcare closer to home. Lucas also hopes to build a downtown area on recently purchased land with a gazebo, walking trail or picnic tables for outside events.
