The Alexander City Police Department arrested Kewontae Lewis Dixon, 19, of Montgomery, and Ke’Andre Ja’Quan Jones, 18, of Alexander City on Dec. 29.

According to court documents, Dixon and Jones were charged with first-degree theft of property after knowingly obtaining unauthorized control over a motor vehicle in Tallapoosa County.
