Stephens Elementary School teachers and administrators celebrated in the library Thursday after the announcement that students in third and fourth grade made Adequate Yearly Progress across the board in both math and reading.

“It’s probably one of the proudest moments of my education career,” said Kim Smith, principal of Stephens Elementary School.
