The mother of a 3-year-old boy who died in December of 2014 who has been charged with “chemical endangerment exposure to a child resulting in death” appears to be finally headed to trial.

The case against Bethany Brown Missildine is scheduled to begin on Oct. 23, according to court records. The case has been continued three times after motions by the defense were filed.
