Preyear narrows list down to 3

Maybe one of the highly anticipated decisions in the Class of 2028 is nearing, and Benjamin Russell quarterback Kingston Preyear has narrowed it down to his top three. Initially, Preyear included Auburn, Clemson, Vanderbilt, Alabama, Notre Dame and Florida as his top six. Now, all that remains, is the Commodores, Gators and Crimson Tide — all SEC schools. According to On3, the early indications point towards Alabama as his future destination where he’d already have some familiarity with Cederian Morgan; Preyear’s favorite target last season. However, Preyear has already gone on multiple visits to Gainesville, Florida and Nashville, Tennessee meeting with the coaches and visiting the facilities. It is reported that Preyear will announce his commitment in the near future, eying to make his decision on Friday, July 10th at the Benjamin Russell High School auditorium before the start of his junior season. He will be one of two quarterbacks within the top-5 to have committed before the start of their junior campaign; joining Georgia commit and No.1 rated Jayden Wade out of IMG Academy in Florida.Â
