PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF ACTION Public Notice is hereby given that, on the 16th day of June, 2025 Eddie May, the Plaintiff, filed a complaint in the Circuit Court of Tallapoosa County, Alexander City Division (CV-2025- 900064) to Quiet Title to Property. Subsequently, on the 9th day of September, 2025 Eddie May, the Plaintiff, filed an amended complaint in the Circuit Court of Tallapoosa County, Dadeville Division (CV-2025-000042) to Quiet Title to Property identified as: A parcel of land lying in Tallapoosa County, State of Alabama in Section 25; Township 13 North, Range 22 East and more particularly described as follows: Begin at the N.W. corner of the S.E. 1/4 - N.W. 1/4 of said section, township and range; thence East 357.90' to a point on the Westerly R/W of Alabama High-way No. 49; thence S32deg.55'E along said R/W. 140.37' to a point; thence S37deg.45'E along said R/W, 142.79' to a point; thence S27deg.54'E along said R/W, 86.35' to a point; thence S21deg.37'E along said R/W, 104.97' to a point; thence S17deg.48E along said R/W, 118.91' to a point; thence S14deg.48'E along said R/W, 140.68' to a point; thence S13deg.13'E along said R/W, 156.02' to a point; thence leaving said R/W, West, 718.0' to a point; thence North 805.00' to point of beginning, containing 10.00 Acres. The above legal description was taken from a survey prepared by James W. Calhoun, Reg. 1.8. No. 9426, dated November 26, 1976. The Defendants named in the complaint of the afore-said property, VIRGINIA SMITH MAY, (deceased), his/her heirs, or devisees, EDDIE WILLIAM MAY, (deceased), his/her heirs, or devisees, MCKINLEY SMITH, (deceased), his/her heirs, or devisees, JOHN CAPERS MAY, (deceased), his/her heirs, or devisees, CHESTER HENDERSON MAY, (deceased), his/her heirs, or devisees, GURSAE ALENESE MAY, (deceased), his/her heirs, or devisees, REGINA MCCORVEY, (deceased), his/her heirs, or devisees, PATRICIA MAY, his/her heirs, or devisees LOVELL MAY, (deceased), his/her heirs, or devisees, devisees, and all unknown parties and persons, firms, corporations or entities who claim an interest in the aforesaid property including with limitation any future, contingent, reversionary, remainder of other interest in the aforesaid property. The object of the action is to obtain from the court a judgement granting a fee simple unencumbered interest in the above-described property to Plaintiff. The Defendants and unknown parties who may have an interest in the subject property or who are claiming any right, title or interest in, or lien upon, said property, or any portion thereof, are hereby directed to plead, answer or otherwise respond to the complaint. Such answer or response shall be filed in the office of the undersigned clerk of the court, and a copy of the answer shall be served on the Plaintiff's attorney Jason M.
