PUBLIC NOTICE MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed on October 6, 2023 by KC Capital Private Fund 1, LLC, originally in favor of FTF Lending, LLC, and recorded in REAL Book 6043 at Page 983 on October 12, 2023, and rerecorded in RLPY Book 2023, Page 51297on 11/8/2023 and modified in and corrected by affidavit recorded July 23, 2025 in RLPY Book 2025, Page 40811, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Elmore County, Alabama, and secured indebtedness having been transferred to Horizon Residential Income Fund 1 REIT, LLC.
