Pound-for-pound, you’d be hard pressed to find a scrappier fish than a “bull” Bluegill.

This fish is fearless – a half-pounder doesn’t think twice about attacking a human that’s 400 times its size if that person happens to swim too close to the nest the bluegill is defending.
